This notice explains how Real Person Call collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, book a call with us, or apply to work as a caller. If anything is unclear, email hello@realpersoncall.com.

Sharing your data

We never sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Clients, if you are a caller and a client's brief matches you. We share your video and profile with that client only so they can decide whether to offer you a contract.
  • Service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect your data: Calendly (scheduling), Google (email and video calls), SourceWhale (applications and records), Odro (video interviews), Notion (internal notes) and Replit (website hosting).
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to protect it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become work: up to 2 years from our last contact.
  • Client records: for the length of the engagement and 6 years after, for accounting and legal reasons.
  • Caller applications and videos: up to 2 years from your last contact with us, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics tools. If you arrive from a campaign link, your browser remembers that campaign for the length of your visit so a booking can show where it came from. Bookings are made on Calendly's own site, which has its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it to another provider. Email hello@realpersoncall.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We'll update this notice if how we use data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
