How you get
your first contract.
No rounds of interviews. Clients see you the way they'll hear you: on a call.

Your name, contact details and CV. That's it.
Record your video interview
If your application fits, we send you a short video interview. About five minutes, in your own time: a question about you, a mock cold call opener and how you'd handle a brush off.
A call, then the bench
If your video stands out, we ring you. Then you join our bench of screened, ready-to-go callers, and your video goes on the shortlist when a client's brief matches you.
Get offered a contract
The client picks you, we send the contract with pay, hours and start date in writing, and you start calling, usually within two weeks of the brief.
What we look for
- A clear, confident voice and fluent English
- Cold calling or telesales experience, ideally B2B
- The bottle to talk to a director without folding at the first no
- Reliability: you show up for every shift
- You log every call properly in the CRM

Is there a job right now?
We keep a bench of screened callers and offer contracts as clients sign. Some callers are placed within days of joining, others wait a few weeks. We'll always be straight with you about which.
How much does it pay?
Competitive. Pay depends on the contract, the hours and the client, and it's set out in writing before you accept anything.
Who would I work for?
It depends on the route the client chooses. Sometimes the client employs you directly, sometimes you're contracted through us and we manage you day to day. Your offer will say which, in writing.
Do I need experience?
Cold calling or telesales experience helps a lot, and business to business experience helps most. What matters most is how you sound on the video.

We use it to assess you and to show you to clients whose briefs match you. We don't share it for anything else. See our privacy notice.
